There's a solution whether filtering your oil, fuel or transmission fluid !!!

Pictured below is a  magnetic rod from a fuel strainer. It has 25,000 miles of use , but take note of all the metal on it. When using the fuel strainer this particular truck went 100,000 miles before changing the factory filter ,and has NEVER replaced the lift pump or the injector pump, and has NEVER replaced an injector due to metal damage.This truck has over 500,000 miles on it and still runs strong !!! 

Your factory filter only filters to about 30 micron, but this fuel strainer  traps all ferrous metal, even below 1 micron in size.

This is a cut-away view of your oil filter when a magnetic filter pad is installed. The small circles represent metal that your factory filter did NOT  filter , but the magnetic filter pad did !!
